What Drives Me...

There is a fire in my bones that will not be contained.

It is not ambition. Ambition is too small a word for what burns here. It is not passion. Passion flickers. This is an all-consuming, heaven-sent, hell-defying furnace that was lit the day I understood something most women never dare to believe:

"You were not made to be a puppet in the hands of your circumstances. You were made to be a vessel in the hands of the King."

I am driven by a singular, unshakable conviction:

that the same power that rolled the stone away from the tomb lives in the women I serve.

And it is time, past time in fact, for that power to be unleashed upon the ordinary, extraordinary terrain of their daily lives.

Because here is what I have seen far too many times:

• Women drowning in the demands of marriage, believing silence is holiness.

• Women losing themselves in the beautiful chaos of motherhood, forgetting they were mothers and ministers.

• Women navigating the disorienting waters of migration, wondering if God forgot to send them a map.

• Women building empires in business and career yet starving for meaning in their souls.

• Women called to the nations, paralyzed by the fear of what they might have to leave behind.

• Women standing in the pulpit yet kneeling before the altar of other people's opinions.

And I have had enough.

I move not by what I see, but by what I know.

I know that the Word of God is not a collection of ancient stories to be admired from a distance. It is a living, breathing, weapon sharp enough to sever every chain, precise enough to heal every wound, powerful enough to raise the dead.

And I mean that literally.

• I have watched dead dreams rise.

• I have watched dead courtships/marriages breathe again.

• I have watched dead identities resurrect into women who walk into rooms with a crown they did not earn but were given and they wear it like they own it, because in the Kingdom, we do.

This is what drives me:

the relentless pursuit of seeing women confront the status quo, not with rebellion, but with revelation. Not with noise, but with the quiet, unshakable authority of someone who has been in the throne room and knows who sits on the throne.
