Meet The Founder
Dr. Yimika Ayo Ibitoye is a Kingdom Leadership Coach and Founder of Evolve Growth Circle, a transformational command center for women in transition. She leads women through the 7 wilderness seasons: Marriage, Motherhood, Migration, Missions, Ministry, Marketplace, and Mastery. Her work is not therapy. It is not motivation. It is Kingdom formation.
Through the 52-Week Kingdom Ascension Blueprint, she equips women to break free from identity crisis, emotional immaturity, and spiritual disconnection, so they can lead their homes, businesses, and ministries from a place of authority and wholeness. Evolve doesn’t raise victims. We raise daughters, wives, mothers, and leaders who know who they are, whose they are, and what they’ve been sent to do.
She is a wife, mother, and doctoral-trained scientist (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) bringing the same rigor she applied to molecular systems to the healing and equipping of human souls.
Dr. Yimika speaks, teaches, and coaches across Africa and the diaspora, raising a generation of women who are spiritually anchored, emotionally whole, and strategically equipped to build the nations.
