The problem I cannot ignore is this:

I keep seeing the same pattern. High-capacity Kingdom women are burning out while building. Women who are brilliant. Beautiful. Qualified. Anointed. Called. They have the degrees. They have the vision. They have the fire.

But they are stuck because of the season they are in. Marriage. Migration. Mastery. Motherhood. Ministry. Missions. Marketplace. Each arena carries its own weight. And many women are carrying all of them at once, alone. I see:

• Women who migrate to new countries but lose themselves in the process

• Women who lead teams but feel invisible behind the title

• Women who serve in church but feel distant from God

• Women who fight for their marriages while fighting to keep their own souls alive

• Women who build successful businesses but wake up empty

• Women who struggle with identity displacement, no longer fitting where they came from, not yet belonging where they are

• Women who climb the ladder of success but realize they climbed the wrong wall

• Women who achieve everything the world said would satisfy them, and still feel unsatisfied

• Women who are excellent at what they do but exhausted by who they have become to do it

• Women who love their children but feel like they have lost themselves in motherhood

• Women who feel judged by everyone; the church, the school, the family, for how they mother

• Women who secretly resent the sacrifice of motherhood but feel too ashamed to say it aloud

• Women who carry the burdens of others but have no one to carry theirs

• Women who are dying inside but keep ministering because "the show must go on"

• Women who carry a burden for the nations but feel stuck in their current location

• Women who have a missionary heart but no clear path to walk it out

• Women who sacrifice comfort, safety, and stability for the sake of the gospel, and wonder if anyone sees

• Women who labor in the harvest field but feel forgotten by the sending church

• Women who lead companies, departments, and teams but feel like imposters

• Women who generate revenue but struggle to generate peace

• Women who are financially prosperous but spiritually impoverished

• Women who navigate boardrooms and contracts but long for Kingdom conversations

• Women who are afraid to bring their faith into the marketplace, so they compartmentalize their lives and feel fragmented

I see the loneliness. The isolation. The pressure to be perfect. The silent wounds of rejection, abuse, betrayal. The emotional drain of navigating struggles no one knows about. I see the expectation to be strong at all times, even when you are crumbling inside.

And yet, in the midst of all this, she does not want to lose her spirituality. She desperately desires intimacy with God. She wants to fulfill her purpose and walk in her vision. She wants to remain fervent, faithful, and on fire. But the world tells her the pressure is necessary to birth greatness. Friends do not understand how aching her soul really is. Sometimes she laughs to cover the depth of tears she shed the night before.

She has to survive in that new country. Keep pushing in that demanding career. Show up as the strong woman in that home. Wear the insults and setbacks as badges of honour. And the advice is always the same: “Pray harder. Fast longer. Push through.” . But pushing through a cracked foundation, alone, in a demanding season, does not produce a stable building. It produces collapse. Eventually. Publicly. Painfully. I see this every single day. In DMs. In coaching calls. In women who are carrying Kingdom weight with human strength. And I can no longer ignore it.
